About the event

*Note that this group does not have a set day each month but works around the library schedule, and is in the Shold Room instead of the Humphreys Room this month.*

This monthly community circle is for caregivers to support one another by sharing experiences, solutions, resources, building connections, and inquiring together into how psychedelics may be a supportive ally, particularly around common caregiving challenges in the realms of relationship, emotions, health, and spirituality. This might include burnout, loneliness, compassion fatigue, demoralization, or other complex feelings that often accompany caregiving. In this lightly peer-facilitated group, the intention is to create a space for caregivers to deeply listen to and learn from one another, to be in nourishing connection with those facing similar challenges, and to practice community based care for one another.

The group is open to all caregivers, who are welcome to attend as often as feels supportive.

If you would like to learn more about this group, please feel free to reach out to George at gcave@cablespeed.com.
