About the event
The weather forecast continues to hold, so we're going ahead with an outdoor community potluck and celebration next Sunday, June 4th. Whether you just learned about this organization or are a regular attendee, we would love to see you there!
Community Potluck and Celebration
When: Sunday, June 4th at 3pm
Where: ~20 min south of Port Townsend, RSVP for location and directions
This is an open event for people in our community who are passionate or curious about psychedelics to get to know one another, strengthen our network of connections, share food and music, and celebrate the recent passing of a county resolution supporting decriminalization. Please feel free to invite trusted friends; kids are also welcome.
What to bring: A potluck dish to share or something to throw on the schwenker (a grill that hangs over the fire and swings, spins, and lifts/lowers) Your own eating gear (plate, utensil, cup) to help us reduce waste Musical instrument(s) for jamming/sharing songs (optional) A chair or blanket to sit on if desired
We will have a keg of locally made non-alcoholic Blujay kombucha on tap but also feel free to bring your own beverage of choice.
These events usually take on a flow of their own, but local musician Andy Fischer-Price will be playing us music sometime nearish the start of the event. You can also expect periods of open mic for other community members to share music, likely some jamming in the yard and/or around the fire, and lots of places in the garden to wander to have quieter conversations.
