Doors will open at 6:00 and the circle will begin at 6:15; doors will close to entry right after the opening meditation and before we share the agreements. We ask that you arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire circle until we close at 8:15. Thank you for helping us create a settled space in which we can share more deeply.

We will begin the Integration Circle with a short guided meditation, followed by an introduction to integration and the purpose of the circle. After agreeing to the ground rules, we will move into a group sharing circle (sharing is not required and you are welcome to pass), followed by sharing in smaller break out groups. Finally, we will return to a full circle for closing.

After the circle ends, we invite you to linger, connect with others, and bring a snack to share (optional); the space will be open for mingling until 8:45pm or so.
