About the event

Doors will open at 6:00 and the circle will begin at 6:15; doors will close to entry right after the opening meditation and before we share the agreements. We ask that you arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire circle until we close at 8:15.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and we ask that you not partake in any alcohol or other substances that would induce an altered state of consciousness while participating in the circle.

Thank you for helping us create a settled space in which we can share more deeply.

The purpose of a community integration circle is to support one another in making sense of our psychedelic experiences and in being accountable to making corresponding changes in our lives that benefit ourselves and our community. These peer-led sharing circles provide us with the opportunity to revisit our psychedelic experience(s), whether they happened yesterday or decades ago, and continue to grow from them, while also learning from the wisdom, questions, successes, and struggles of other community members undergoing the same process. The relationships formed in these circles also help strengthen the community mycelial network that can continue to support and nourish our lives beyond these circles.

We begin the Integration Circle with a short guided meditation, followed by an introduction to integration and the purpose of the circle. After agreeing to the ground rules, we will move into a sharing circle (sharing is not required and you are welcome to pass).

Integrating a psychedelic experience is a complex and rich process that can include embodying insights, following guidance, finding meaning in challenging or confusing experiences, watering new ways of being, and releasing old patterns, amongst many other ways of weaving these experiences into the fabric of one's being and life.

Questions one might consider when integrating a psychedelic experience include:

•What would you most like to remember/carry forward into your life?

•What visions are you bringing back to your life and community?

•What small or large changes would you like to make in your life to bring your insights/visions/lessons into your life/work/relationships/daily habits?

•If you had one, how did your experience reflect your intention?

•What information did you receive about who you want to be and how you want to show up in the world? How can this experience contribute to your growth?

•What is one small thing you can do each day to stay connected to this experience?

Cost: Free (thanks to a generous donor covering the cost of the rental plus wonderful volunteer facilitators)
